Samsonite Group (01910) Announces Chairman Transition and Nomination Committee Reshuffle Effective at 4 Jun 2026 AGM

Samsonite Group S.A. (stock code: 01910) disclosed three board-level changes that will take effect upon the close of its Annual General Meeting on 4 June 2026.

• Chairman Retirement: Timothy Charles Parker will step down as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board to focus on personal pursuits. The company noted that Parker has no disagreements with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.

• New Chairman Appointment: Independent Non-Executive Director Jerome Squire Griffith will assume the role of Chairman immediately following Parker’s retirement.

• Nomination Committee Adjustments: Concurrent with the leadership transition, Parker will relinquish his position as Chair of the Nomination Committee, and Griffith will take over that responsibility.

Samsonite’s Board expressed gratitude for Parker’s leadership and formally welcomed Griffith to his expanded role. The announcement, dated 19 March 2026, was signed by Joint Company Secretary John B. Livingston from Mansfield, Massachusetts.
