According to an announcement on the Ministry of Commerce website, in accordance with Article 16 of the "Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China," the Ministry of Commerce has decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on related analog chips imported from the US starting from September 13, 2025. The dumping investigation period is set from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, while the industry injury investigation period spans from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024.

The investigated products are described as: Commodity Interface IC Chips and Gate Driver IC Chips using 40nm and above process technology in related analog chips. Analog chips are mainly mature process products, and securities firms indicate that the domestic supply chain is relatively mature. Huachuang Securities points out that China's analog chip self-sufficiency rate was approximately 16% in 2024, with consumer electronics leading in domestic substitution rates, while there remains broad substitution space in mid-to-high-end markets such as industrial and automotive sectors.

**Overnight US Stocks Mixed, Large Tech Stocks Mostly Rise**

Overnight US stock markets closed mixed.
