Bright Future Technology Holdings Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form (collectively, “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available on both the company’s website (www.btomorrow.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report is being published exclusively in electronic format on the same websites and will not be distributed in print unless specifically requested.

Key operational arrangements:

1. Access method • Shareholders are encouraged to view or download all materials directly from the designated websites. • Those who previously elected to receive printed copies will receive them by post.

2. Option to request hard copies • Shareholders unable to access the electronic versions may complete and return the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1351-ecom@vistra.com. • Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

3. Email addressing requirements • Registered shareholders must supply a valid email address to receive future electronic notifications. • Until a functional address is provided, notices and actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form.
