XINYI GLASS HOLDINGS LIMITED (00868) reported revenue of 20.83 billion RMB for the year ended 31 December 2025, a 6.70% decline compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to equity holders stood at 2.73 billion RMB, down 19.00%. Basic earnings per share were 62.31 RMB cents, representing a 21.40% decrease from a year earlier.

Segment-wise, float glass contributed 11.51 billion RMB in revenue, automobile glass recorded 6.86 billion RMB, and architectural glass reached 2.45 billion RMB. While float and architectural glass saw lower sales volumes and average selling prices, automobile glass sales benefited from higher aftermarket demand. Overall gross profit was 6.48 billion RMB with a margin of 31.10%. EBITDA declined 22.70% to 4.51 billion RMB.

As of 31 December 2025, the company reported net current assets of 3.14 billion RMB and maintained a net debt gearing ratio of 5.10%. Management stated that the drop in profitability was partly offset by lower raw material and energy costs, as well as a capital expenditure reduction compared to the prior year.

The board proposed a final dividend of 21.50 HK cents per share, up 115.00% from the previous year. Subject to shareholder approval, this final dividend is to be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members on 8 June 2026. A scrip dividend option is planned, allowing shareholders to receive the dividend in cash or new shares in lieu of cash.
