Qingling Motors Sets 30 June 2026 AGM to Review 2025 Performance and Re-appoint Auditors

Qingling Motors Co. Ltd has scheduled its 2026 Annual General Meeting for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at the company’s New Conference Hall, 1 Xiexing Cun, Zhongliangshan, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, China.

Key agenda items: 1. Board Report: Shareholders will consider and vote on the Board of Directors’ report for the 2025 financial year. 2. 2025 Financial Statements: The meeting will seek approval of the audited financial statements and the independent auditor’s report for 2025. 3. Auditor Re-appointment: Resolutions include re-appointing Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP as PRC auditor and Confucius International CPA Limited as international auditor for 2026, with the Board authorised to set their remuneration.

Shareholder logistics: • Proxy submissions must reach the company’s legal address (domestic shares) or Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (H shares) no later than 10:00 a.m. on 29 June 2026 (Hong Kong time). • The H-share register will be closed from 25 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive; transfers must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 24 June 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting rights. • Voting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4); results will be announced under Rules 13.39(5) and 13.39(5A).

As of the notice date, the Board comprises 11 directors, including six executive directors, one employee director and four independent non-executive directors.
