Chinaculture.com Cuts Stake in CNT Group to 18.35% After Disposing of 0.42 Million Shares

On 4 June 2026, Chinaculture.com Limited—classified as a Class (6) associate of CNT Group Limited—sold a total of 0.42 million CNT Group shares, according to a disclosure filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The disposals were executed in three tranches: • 0.10 million shares at HK$0.1140 each • 0.13 million shares at HK$0.1130 each • 0.20 million shares at HK$0.1120 each

Following the transactions, Chinaculture.com’s holding declined from 349.68 million shares (18.37% of issued share capital) to 349.36 million shares, representing 18.35% of CNT Group’s outstanding shares.

The trades were conducted for Chinaculture.com’s own account. The company is ultimately owned by Chuang's China Investments Limited.
