China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (“C Transmission”, stock code: 00658) announced on 12 March 2026 that its latest Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s website (www.chste.com). Printed copies are being dispatched only to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications; others may request free printed versions through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The company highlighted that, in accordance with the expanded paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07A effective since 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated electronically. Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure direct electronic delivery. Until an email address is supplied, shareholders who earlier requested printed copies will receive postal notification letters when new documents are posted online.

Shareholders wishing to continue receiving printed materials must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the share registrar or email their request to ctransmission.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
