Basic House New Life Group Limited (stock code: 08360) released its Monthly Return for October 2025, reporting that its authorized share capital remained at 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.1 each, amounting to HKD 100,000,000. The issued share capital continued at 360,274,000 shares without any movement during the reporting month.

The company noted unchanged balances under its share option schemes. As at the end of October, a total of 947,200 options from the 2020 grant and 21,930,000 options from the 2023 grant remained outstanding, alongside a newly adopted scheme granting a total of 36,027,400 options.

Meanwhile, two sets of convertible bonds also showed no changes. One, in an aggregate principal amount of HKD 5,000,000 at a conversion price of HKD 1.80, remained outstanding with 2,777,777 potential shares. Another, totaling HKD 4,700,000 at a conversion price of HKD 0.60, remained outstanding with 7,833,316 potential shares. No new shares were issued through conversions or other arrangements over the course of the month.
