WUXI APPTEC (02359) announced that on September 30, 2025, and October 10, 2025, the company issued an additional 32.2504 million H shares due to the conversion of H-share convertible bonds. Based on this change in share capital, the board of directors has proposed to adjust the company's registered capital from 2.952 billion yuan (divided into 2.952 billion shares) to 2.984 billion yuan (divided into 2.984 billion shares).
