PA GOODDOCTOR (01833) announced that on August 19, 2025, the company's subsidiary Glorious Delight Limited ("Glorious Delight", as the principal) entered into a full discretionary asset management account agreement with China Life Franklin Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("China Life Franklin", as the manager). Under this agreement, Glorious Delight has agreed to appoint China Life Franklin as the full discretionary investment manager to provide asset management services for a maximum principal amount not exceeding USD 55 million within 3 years from the effective date of the full discretionary asset management account agreement (the "Transaction").
