A circular containing details of the renewed agreements, the proposed annual caps, and related independent advisory information was scheduled for dispatch. According to the latest update, additional time is needed to finalize the contents and arrange its publication.
The dispatch date of the circular is now expected on or before 30 November 2025, as noted in the official announcement dated 22 October 2025.
