Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2597) has issued a supplemental announcement regarding the adoption of Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises (CASBE) for its interim and annual financial statements. Following the company’s dual listing on both the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in July 2025, its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025 were prepared under CASBE. The directors indicate no significant overall deviation in key figures when compared with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) used previously.

In light of the accepted arrangement for Mainland accounting standards and auditing firms, the board proposes to formalize the use of CASBE for the upcoming audited annual financial statements, subject to shareholders’ approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for November 19, 2025. If approved, all future financial statements and disclosures would be prepared and audited under CASBE to enhance efficiency and reduce audit costs. The announcement emphasizes that this alignment does not materially affect the company’s financial position or operating results. However, it remains conditional on shareholder endorsement and the appointment of Da Hua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Hong Kong auditor for the company’s 2025 financial results.
