Auntea Jenny shares surged 34.3% in Hong Kong this afternoon after the company announced its H-Share incentive plan and sub-brand Tea Waterfall revealed Mao Buyi as its brand ambassador.
Auntea Jenny recently issued a statement indicating its intention to adopt a ten-year H-Share incentive plan, with the plan's cap set at 5% of the company’s total share capital. The initiative aims to incentivize key talent with restricted shares. Furthermore, according to recent data from Ji Hai Brand Monitoring, the total number of Auntea Jenny stores across China has reached 10,739, signifying its successful entry into the "10,000-Store Club."
Notably, on October 17, Mao Buyi officially became the brand ambassador for Tea Waterfall, the emerging tea beverage sub-brand under Auntea Jenny Group. Public records reveal that Auntea Jenny began promoting the sub-brand "Tea Waterfall" in March 2024, targeting Gen Z and student demographic groups as its primary audience. The brand focuses on products priced below RMB 10, differentiating itself from the positioning of the main brand, "Auntea Jenny."
