CHINA ZHESHANG BANK (02016) Announces No Changes to Share Capital in October 2025

CHINA ZHESHANG BANK CO., LTD. (stock code: 02016 on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and 601916 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange) released its monthly return for equity issuer for the period ending October 31, 2025. According to the report, the Bank maintained its H-share count at 5,920,200,000 and its A-share count at 21,544,435,963, with both figures unchanged from the previous month.

The par value of each H share and A share remains RMB 1. This results in a total issued share capital of RMB 27,464,635,963. There were no treasury shares, share repurchases, share options, warrants, convertibles, or any other arrangements affecting the share capital during the reporting period.

The Bank, incorporated in the People’s Republic of China as a joint stock company with limited liability, noted that the concept of "Authorised/Registered Share Capital" does not apply under its corporate structure. The figures reported therefore refer to the Bank’s “Issued Share Capital,” which remained unchanged at the close of October 2025.
