The Shenzhen Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau has recently issued the "Shenzhen Action Plan for Accelerating High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Server Industry Chain (2026–2028)." The plan proposes supporting the accelerated application and iterative development of domestic core chip products, including GPUs, NPUs, CPUs, and DPUs, to foster a complete industrial ecosystem. It encourages the R&D and industrialization of high-performance computing chips based on the RISC-V architecture, as well as the development of high-speed Ethernet switch chips and PCIe/CXL switch chips, to drive technological iteration and performance upgrades. Additionally, the plan supports the R&D and application of third-generation semiconductor power devices, promotes the development of scenario-specific power supply solutions, and calls for forward-looking deployment of next-generation power semiconductor technologies.
