BaTeLab Co., Ltd. (02149) reported that as of 31 October 2025, the company’s total authorized share capital stood at RMB 63,000,000, comprising 18,000,000 H shares and 45,000,000 unlisted domestic shares. There were no changes to these figures during the reporting period.

The number of issued H shares remained at 18,000,000, while unlisted domestic shares stood at 45,000,000. No new share issuances or treasury share movements were recorded.

Regarding BaTeLab’s RSU scheme, there were 494,595 RSUs granted on 5 December 2024, and 371,876 RSUs remained outstanding as of the end of October 2025.
