CNBM (03323) announced its plan to issue the third tranche of its 2025 Sci-Tech Innovation Corporate Bonds for professional investors. The issuance is scheduled for November 12, 2025 (T Day) to November 13, 2025 (T+1 Day), with a total offering size of up to RMB 3 billion (inclusive). The bonds will be divided into two series: Series 1 with a 3-year maturity and Series 2 with a 5-year maturity. The proceeds will be used to repay interest-bearing debt.
