ZYY inks framework agreement with Shenzhen Shenshu to explore AI token trading, medical computing power and AI-driven energy

Ziyuanyuan Holdings Group Limited (abbreviated as ZYY) has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen Shenshu Holdings Company Limited, marking an intended expansion into three strategic technology segments: token-based digital trading, upstream and downstream AI medical computing power, and AI energy solutions. The agreement was executed on 23 October 2026.

Under the terms of the framework, the two parties plan to:

1. Develop trading capabilities for AI-related tokens and other digital assets. 2. Jointly build and operate AI medical computing-power infrastructure, including model services and related applications. 3. Provide AI-enabled integrated energy services for intelligent computing centres and data centres, leveraging artificial-intelligence tools for energy management, operations and maintenance.

ZYY and Shenshu Holdings also intend to establish a joint-venture vehicle to serve as the execution platform. Capital contribution ratios, governance structures and detailed project timelines will be negotiated separately and documented in a formal agreement. Apart from confidentiality, liability and dispute-resolution clauses, the framework is non-binding.

Management highlighted complementarities between ZYY’s industrial resources, capital-operations experience and business-scenario integration, and Shenshu Holdings’ expertise in AI computing-power scheduling and system integration. The collaboration is expected to broaden ZYY’s revenue base, though there is currently no capital commitment or immediate material impact on the group’s financial position.

All contemplated activities will remain subject to relevant regulatory approvals, licensing requirements and, if materialised, the disclosure obligations under Chapter 19 of the GEM Listing Rules. The company stated that Shenshu Holdings and its beneficial owners are independent third parties.

Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in ZYY’s shares.
