Significant Shareholding Transfer in Dajin Heavy Industry, Valued at HK$571 Million

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a substantial shareholding transfer occurred for Dajin Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. (01081) on June 9th.

The total value of the transferred shares was HK$571 million, representing 9.06% of the company's share capital.

The transaction involved a transfer of 5.5744 million shares into Huatai Hong Kong and a transfer of 1.7667 million shares out of Xincheng Securities.

Dajin Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. commenced trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 5th.

The company, which was first listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010, was the first wind power tower and monopile manufacturer to be listed on China's A-share market.

The firm focuses on overseas markets and offshore wind power, positioning itself in the global deep-sea wind power sector, and is the sole supplier in the Asia-Pacific region that has achieved batch deliveries of monopiles to Europe.
