To seize emerging industry development opportunities, help county officials broaden their industrial perspective, and enhance their ability to assess and plan for frontier business formats such as AI OPC and the low-altitude economy, a special training session on "AI OPC" and the "Low-Altitude Economy" was held on the afternoon of October 16, helping participating officials update their development concepts and improve their performance effectiveness.
More than 400 participants attended the training, including county-level officials, principal responsible persons from all townships (subdistricts) and county-level departments, all section-level cadres and young cadres from townships (subdistricts) and the development zone, as well as entrepreneur representatives from the jurisdiction.
The training featured two special topics. Li Jing, President of the Hebei Science and Technology Enterprise Incubation Association and Chairman of Hebei Jinghe Technology Service Co., Ltd., was specially invited to deliver a lecture on the fundamental understanding of AI OPC, its operational models, development trends, and county-level industry cultivation pathways, sharing practical cases from various regions to provide ideas for building local innovation platforms in the county.
Subsequently, Li Ruibang, the first President of the Hebei Province UAV Industry Association and a researcher at China Electronics Technology Group Corporation's 54th Research Institute, was invited to speak on the opportunities and challenges facing Qiuxian's low-altitude economy, analyzing industry shortcomings and key points for implementation.
Both courses combined theoretical depth with practical reference value, featuring detailed cases and precise targeting. Participating officials listened attentively and reflected deeply, stating that the training closely followed industrial transformation trends, effectively filled gaps in their knowledge of emerging industries, and further clarified the development logic of AI OPC and the low-altitude economy. They expressed that they would strengthen research and thinking based on their job responsibilities, identify integration points and focus areas, and help the county seize the emerging industry development wave.
Qiuxian will continue to strengthen the building of its cadre team in emerging industry fields, regularly organize special training on frontier industries, promote the transformation of learning outcomes into practical capabilities for industry assessment, project planning, and ecosystem cultivation, and consolidate the foundation for high-quality development of the county's AI OPC and low-altitude economy with strong professional competence.
