Jiangsu Lopal Tech (2465) reported third-quarter operating revenue of approximately RMB2.20 billion, reflecting a 5.33% year-on-year increase and contributing to a nine-month total of RMB5.83 billion, up 2.91% from the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders for the quarter stood at about RMB–25.32 million, an improvement compared to a net loss of around RMB–80.62 million in the prior-year period. For the first nine months, net operating cash flow declined to approximately RMB–66.36 million, driven by lower cash inflows from sales of goods and services.
The company completed the acquisition of Shandong Meiduo Technology earlier in the year, consolidating financial results. In addition, its subsidiary LBM NEW ENERGY (AP) PTE. LTD. signed an agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL) to supply a total of 157,500 tonnes of lithium iron phosphate cathode material between the second quarter of 2026 and 2031. Based on current market prices, the cumulative sales value of these contracts could surpass RMB6 billion, although the actual purchase volume and price will be confirmed through subsequent arrangements.
