BG BLUE SKY (06828) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company (as borrower) entered into a syndicated financing agreement with several financial institutions (as lenders) for a term loan financing of RMB 1.2 billion offshore (the syndicated financing). The maturity date of the syndicated financing will be 36 months from the date of the company's first drawdown of the syndicated financing.
