According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 17, YOFC (06869) shareholders deposited shares with JPMorgan Chase Brokerage (Hong Kong), with a deposited market value of HK$2.039 billion, representing 10.7% of the total.

On the news front, on September 12, the signing ceremony for the development of the embodied intelligent robot industry and the establishment of Chang Zhi (Sanya) Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chang Zhi Company") was held at Sanya Development Holdings Co., Ltd. According to reports, Chang Zhi Company was jointly established by YOFC, Sanya Digital Economy Industrial Park, robot body companies, and Digital China. YOFC pointed out that the establishment of Chang Zhi Company has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of its AI strategy and represents an important measure in the company's strategic expansion from "communication transmission" to "intelligent applications".
