CHAMPION REIT (02778) saw its shares decline by more than 4%. At the time of writing, the stock was down 4.64%, trading at HK$2.67, with a turnover of HK$7.0058 million. The movement follows the recent announcement of the trust's financial results for 2025. Total rental income for the year was HK$1.988 billion, representing a decrease of 9% compared to the previous year. Net property income stood at HK$1.613 billion, down 11.4% year-on-year. Distributable income reached HK$859 million, a reduction of 10.4%. The distribution per unit was HK$0.1263.
