According to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. acquired an additional 6.2095 million shares of CM BANK (03968) on October 31 at HK$48.7793 per share, totaling approximately HK$303 million. Following this transaction, Ping An's total holdings in CM BANK reached approximately 873 million shares, representing a 19.01% stake.
