CQRC BANK (03618) has announced the unfortunate passing of Mr. Li Jiaming, the Bank's Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr. Li also served as Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Chairman of the Board Remuneration Committee, and was a member of the Board Nomination Committee, the Board Connected Transactions Control Committee, and the Board Rural Financial Services Committee.
