Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust said on Feb, 25 2026 that Singapore Exchange Regulation has no objection to its request for an extension until Mar, 18 2026 to release its unaudited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, waiving the usual Rule 705(1) deadline.

The trust sought extra time while it negotiates the potential sale of one property. Management believes the agreed sale price would represent the most accurate carrying value for the asset and wants that figure reflected in the upcoming results. If the transaction does not materialise, the accounts will be announced earlier.

The waiver requires the trust to disclose specific information about the extension and to confirm board approval. Manulife US REIT said all waiver conditions have been met.
