ZHONGTAIFUTURES (01461) announced that Mr. Lu Xiangyou has resigned from his positions as Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman and Member of the Board's Strategic Development Committee due to work adjustments. Mr. Lu's resignation will take effect on February 14, 2026. On February 14, 2026, the Board passed a resolution to elect Mr. Zhou Shunyuan as the Company's Chairman. Accordingly, Mr. Zhou has been appointed as Chairman, with his term commencing on February 14, 2026, and lasting until the expiration of the fourth Board of Directors' term. He is eligible for re-election upon term expiration. The Board also passed a resolution on February 14, 2026, to elect Mr. Zhou as the Chairman and a Member of the Board's Strategic Development Committee. The Company hereby approves the election of Mr. Zhou to these roles, with his term also starting on February 14, 2026, and lasting until the end of the fourth Board's term.
