**Author Profile** Huang Hanquan is the Party Secretary and President of the China Academy of Macroeconomic Research, a research fellow, and doctoral supervisor. A recipient of the State Council special allowance, he previously served as Director of the Institute of Industrial Economy and Technical Economics at the National Development and Reform Commission and as Director of the Price Cost Survey Center. He has long been engaged in research on macroeconomics, development strategy, and industrial economy.
**Chief Editors' Profiles** Zhu Keli holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and is the founding Dean of the New Economy Research Institute and Dean of the Greater Bay Area Low-Altitude Economy Research Institute. He is the author of several books, including "Low-Altitude Economy: The New Quality Revolution and Scenario Transformation," and has received the China Management Science Award. Zeng Zheng is the Director of the Market and Price Research Office at the China Academy of Macroeconomic Research and a research fellow, with extensive experience in macroeconomics, development strategy, and institutional reform.
