Genscript Biotech Corporation (stock code: 01548) has disclosed a senior management change effective 15 March 2026. Ms. Wong Wai Ling has tendered her resignation as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under Part 16 of Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance. The departing executive confirmed she has no disagreements with the Board and highlighted no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Ms. Lam Wai Yee Sophie as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Ms. Lam is currently Vice President of the Listed Corporate Secretarial Department at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and brings more than 20 years of company secretarial and compliance experience. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Translation, a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Administration, Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional designations, Fellowship status with both The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, and a Practitioner’s Endorsement from the latter body. She has previously served as Company Secretary or Joint Company Secretary for several Main Board–listed companies.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Wong for her service and extended a welcome to Ms. Lam in her new roles. According to the announcement, the Board comprises four executive directors and six independent non-executive directors, with Mr. Robin Meng serving as Chairman and Executive Director.
