Hong Kong—Nexteer Automotive Group Limited (Nexteer) has confirmed that there were no changes to its share capital structure during March 2026, according to the company’s Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed on 9 April 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing HKD 400.00 million in authorised capital. • Issued share count remained flat at 2.51 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and no new shares were issued during the month.

Public Float Compliance • Nexteer confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 March 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • Under the 5 June 2014 Share Option Scheme, 526,740 options (exercise price: HKD 12.456) remained outstanding. • No options were exercised, granted or lapsed in March, leaving 526,740 shares potentially issuable under the scheme.

Capital-Raising Instruments • The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked agreements. • No funds were raised during the month.
