On October 28, the "2025 GRESB Rating Results China Release Conference" was held in Beijing, attended by nearly 300 representatives from government agencies, international organizations, leading enterprises, academic institutions, and the financial investment sector. At the event, SINO-OCEAN GP was awarded the highest five-star rating with an outstanding total score of 98.

**Advancing the "Dual Carbon" Strategy: Setting Green Building Benchmarks** Guided by China's national "dual carbon" strategic goals, SINO-OCEAN GP has fully implemented its "2050 Net-Zero Emissions" plan, integrating green and low-carbon principles throughout the entire project lifecycle. All new projects now achieve 100% compliance with national green building standards. By the end of 2024, the company had registered 194 green building projects, covering nearly 40 million square meters.

Among these, the Z6 project in Beijing's CBD core area stands out as China's first ultra-high-rise office building to receive the "Net-Zero Carbon Excellence Certification." From design to operation, the project seamlessly combines green innovation with smart technology, incorporating large-scale rooftop photovoltaic power generation, high-efficiency energy systems, intelligent lighting controls, and gravity-fed regenerative elevators. It also actively participates in green electricity trading mechanisms, significantly improving clean energy utilization and establishing a carbon-neutral solution for ultra-high-rise buildings across their entire lifecycle. In 2025, the CBD Z6 project contributed to drafting the "Commercial Building Net-Zero Operation and Carbon Neutrality Evaluation Standards," sharing its expertise to accelerate the low-carbon transformation of China's building economy and reinforcing SINO-OCEAN GP's leadership in green construction.

**Aligning with "Quality Housing": Upholding Healthy Living Standards** With people spending 90% of their lives indoors, buildings play a crucial role in health. A decade ago, SINO-OCEAN GP pioneered the development of healthy buildings, introducing its proprietary "Healthy Building System." This framework spans five dimensions—healthy site selection, community planning, building structure, indoor environment, and wellness culture—to safeguard occupants' well-being. Over the years, the system has evolved in sync with user lifestyles, aligning with national standards for "quality housing" that emphasize safety, comfort, sustainability, and intelligence.

To date, the Healthy Building System has been implemented in over 150 projects across 51 Chinese cities, covering more than 27.8 million square meters. These green and health-focused offerings have garnered strong market recognition. In 2024, SINO-OCEAN GP delivered 41,800 residential units, maintaining a top-10 industry ranking for quality, with its interior finishes and landscaping specialties ranking among the top five.

By embedding sustainability into corporate governance and product services, SINO-OCEAN GP has set a benchmark for industry-wide green development, solidifying its competitive edge in the new era. Beyond its GRESB leadership, the company also ranks highly in international ESG assessments by S&P Global and Morningstar Sustainalytics.
