Previously, MOISELLE INT'L announced that on October 3, 2025, the company and creditor New First Investments Limited entered into a conditional subscription agreement. The agreement involves issuing HK$25 million in 3-year unlisted convertible bonds, with the consideration to be settled in cash and offset against outstanding amounts.
