Multiple sources have confirmed that Zhu Jiusheng, former president and CEO of China Vanke Co.,Ltd. (000002.SZ), has been subject to criminal coercive measures.

Zhu Jiusheng served at China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch from 1993 to 2012, before joining Vanke. In January 2025, he resigned from his positions as director, president, and chief executive officer of Vanke.

In January this year, reports emerged that Zhu Jiusheng had been taken away for investigation, to which he responded by updating his social media at the time. However, several industry insiders from Shenzhen's real estate sector indicated that they have rarely heard any news about him since then.
