VMEP Holdings Schedules 11 August Board Meeting to Approve H1 2026 Unaudited Results

Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing (Holdings) Limited (VMEP Holdings) will convene a board meeting on 11 August 2026 to review and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to a company announcement released on 30 July 2026.

The agenda includes consideration of the consolidated financial performance of VMEP Holdings and its subsidiaries for the first half of 2026 and the subsequent publication of these results.

The current Board comprises nine directors: three executive directors (Yeh Huei Fen, Wu Jui Chiao, Lin Chun Yu), three non-executive directors (Wu Li Chu, Chen Hsu Pin, Liu Ju Cheng) and three independent non-executive directors (Lin Ching Ching, Wu Hui Lan, Yu Yi Jhen).

The meeting will be chaired by Yeh Huei Fen, who also serves as the company’s chairperson.
