Company Clarifies International and Domestic Disputes
In its announcement, the company provided clarifications on the intellectual property disputes. Regarding the U.S. infringement lawsuit, one patent claim has already been judged as having no literal infringement, while other claims remain pending. Based on product sales volume and legal assessments, the company does not expect this case to have a material adverse impact.
Concerning the domestic disputes in China, no judgment has been rendered. After evaluation, the company has determined these matters do not constitute significant events that would require disclosure under the standards for major litigation.
