Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited has released an updated roster of its Board of Directors, effective 28 August 2026. The Board will comprise four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.

Executive directors are: • Ip Yik Nam JP, who continues as Chairman • Wen Xiaojian • Wang Jerry Gerui • Sze-to Kin Keung

Independent non-executive directors are: • Hui Chin Tong Godfrey • Ye Longfei • Yu Chor On

Committee structures have also been realigned:

1. Audit Committee – Chair: Yu Chor On – Members: Ip Yik Nam JP, Wang Jerry Gerui, Ye Longfei

2. Remuneration Committee – Chair: Hui Chin Tong Godfrey – Members: Ip Yik Nam JP, Ye Longfei

3. Nomination Committee – Chair: Ye Longfei – Members: Ip Yik Nam JP, Hui Chin Tong Godfrey, Yu Chor On

4. Investment Committee – Chair: Ip Yik Nam JP – Members: Wang Jerry Gerui, Yu Chor On
