Hiap Hoe Limited announced the termination of its 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme, effective Oct, 06 2025.
The company said it now has alternative funding sources, including bank facilities and internal cash, and confirmed that no notes are outstanding under the programme. All related mandates with DBS Bank Ltd. and DBS Trustee Limited will cease on the same date.
