KINGDEE INT'L (00268) gained over 4% against the broader market decline, trading at HK$15.05 with a turnover of HK$230 million at press time. The company announced that its annual recurring revenue (ARR) from cloud subscription services reached approximately RMB3.86 billion as of September 30, reflecting 18% year-on-year growth.
Key product retention rates stood at: KINGDEE Cloud·Cosmic & Galaxy (105%), KINGDEE Cloud·Star (95%), KINGDEE Cloud·Sparkle (93%), and KINGDEE Jingdou Cloud (88%). New clients during the period included Chin Hin Group Berhad, BAIC Group, Yuchai Group, Xin Ganglian, Bloomage BioTechnology, and BrainCo.
Notably, on August 13, the company signed an ERP implementation agreement with Malaysia's Chin Hin Group Berhad, leveraging its Galaxy platform and AI-powered quotation agent solutions. Analysts highlight that Chin Hin Group, a Malaysia-listed conglomerate spanning construction materials-engineering-real estate-home furnishings, represents KINGDEE's strategic transition from "following Chinese enterprises overseas" to "directly engaging local businesses," potentially establishing a replicable regional model.
