CNOOC Limited (00883) has announced a series of leadership changes. Mr. Yan Hongtao has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, President, member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Safety Director due to work adjustments. Ms. Mu Xiuping has resigned as an Executive Director, also due to work adjustments.

Mr. Huang Yongzhang has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.

The Board also announced the appointments of Mr. Huo Jian, Mr. Yu Jin, Mr. Yan Hongtao, and Ms. Mu Xiuping as Senior Vice Presidents. Mr. Yu Jin has additionally been appointed as Safety Director. Ms. Mu Xiuping will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer.

Due to work adjustments, Mr. Sun Dalu will no longer serve as Executive Vice President. Mr. Zhao Chunming, Mr. Liu Yongjie, and Mr. Liu Xiaogang will no longer serve as Vice Presidents.
