NIU HOLDINGS (08619) announced that on October 27, 2025, the company proposed to grant a total of 4.4809 million share options to certain directors and employees of the group under its share option scheme. The grants are subject to acceptance by the respective grantees. These options entitle the grantees to subscribe for an aggregate of 4.4809 million ordinary shares in the company's share capital, each with a nominal value of HK$0.10.
