Rayleigh Technology & Precision (001285.SZ) disclosed its prospectus, announcing plans for an initial public offering of 45.044546 million shares, with an initial strategic placement of 4.504454 million shares. The preliminary inquiry date is set for September 15, 2025, and the subscription date for September 19, 2025.

According to the announcement, the company is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development, production, and sales of core components related to vehicle active safety systems. Its main business encompasses R&D, production, sales, and technical services for vehicle active safety systems and aluminum alloy precision die-casting components.

The company is among the few domestic enterprises with forward development capabilities for vehicle active safety systems, including Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Electronic Brake System (EBS), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB), and Electronic Controlled Air Suspension (ECAS). Its core products cover mainstream technical routes including pneumatic braking/hydraulic braking and electronic controlled braking/brake-by-wire systems, widely applied in braking safety fields for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and motorcycles.

From 2022 to 2024, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 96.9647 million yuan, 236 million yuan, and 269 million yuan, respectively.

The proceeds from this offering, after deducting issuance expenses, will be invested in Rayleigh Technology & Precision's Greater Bay Area Automotive Intelligent Electronic Control System R&D and Manufacturing Headquarters, R&D center construction projects, informatization construction projects, and working capital supplementation. The company plans to invest 1.522 billion yuan in raised funds.
