ZHONGAN SERVICE (02271) announced that the group is set to sign a cooperation memorandum with a virtual asset trading platform operator officially licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. The two parties plan to collaborate in the following areas:

First, jointly explore cooperation opportunities in digital asset-related businesses. Second, the company plans to open an account on the platform to prepare for subsequent cryptocurrency asset allocation. Third, the platform will provide digital asset infrastructure support to the group, helping it explore cryptocurrency asset custody and allocation pathways within a compliance framework, and promoting the construction of an innovative digital ecosystem platform that breaks through physical space limitations. Fourth, the platform will provide technical advice and compliance pathway support for virtual asset platforms to the group, and establish regular technical discussion and business exchange mechanisms.

This cooperation aims to consolidate the group's existing business foundation, leverage cutting-edge technologies in the digital asset field, further enhance core competitiveness, and drive business innovation and digital transformation.
