According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 9, Capital Group increased its holdings in BEIGENE (06160) by 882,648 shares at HK$348.12 per share, representing a total transaction value of approximately HK$307 million. Following this acquisition, the total shareholding reached approximately 77.3793 million shares, representing a 5.02% stake in the company.
