Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited said Director Mr. Vitchaphol Sincharoenkul acquired 600,000 common shares on Mar, 4 2026, raising his direct holding to 36.0 million shares from 35.4 million.

The transaction was executed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand via auto-matching through Maybank Securities at an average price of 12.52 per share.

Sri Trang Agro-Industry noted that the report on the change of shareholding was filed under Thailand’s Form 59 requirements within the mandated three-business-day window.
