Beijing Digital Maintains Stable Share Base and Meets Public Float Requirement in June 2026

Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed on 3 July 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Total authorised and registered share capital remained at RMB 886.46 million, comprising 548.76 million H shares and 337.70 million unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. No additional shares were authorised, issued or cancelled during the month.

Issued share capital likewise stayed flat. The company closed June with 548.76 million H shares and 337.70 million domestic shares outstanding, and it held no treasury shares in either class. Beijing Digital confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement for its H shares.

No movements were recorded in relation to share options, warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuing agreements. The company also reported no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts activity.

Chairwoman Xu Jili affirmed that all statutory and listing-rule obligations tied to the company’s securities remain fully satisfied.
