Beijing Xunzhong (2597) Proposes Amendment to Articles of Association

Beijing Xunzhong Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (2597) announced on 6 February 2026 a proposed amendment to its Articles of Association. The amendment aims to expand the Company’s business scope in line with its operational needs.

The new proposal would add “category 1 value-added telecommunications business” to the existing scope, which already covered “category 2 value-added telecommunications business” and a range of general items including technical services, enterprise management consultation, and market research.

Shareholders will vote on the proposed amendment by way of a special resolution at the first extraordinary general meeting of 2026. If approved, it will take immediate effect on the date of the EGM. The Company plans to circulate a notice of the EGM, along with the related documentation, in accordance with the Listing Rules. All other articles remain unchanged until the EGM’s decision.
