Addvalue Technologies Ltd (A31) has established a working team, supported by external advisers, to explore strategic options for its Inter-Satellite Data Relay System (IDRS) business.

The review will cover strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital-market positioning measures, with a particular focus on opportunities in the United States.

The initiative follows robust results in the year ended Mar, 31 2025, when the Space Connectivity segment contributed strongly. In FY2026 the group secured IDRS terminal orders worth about 13.6 million Singapore dollars, as announced on Nov, 17 2025; Nov, 30 2025; Jan, 29 2026; and Mar, 9 2026.

Addvalue said the move is intended to strengthen its balance sheet, extend its capabilities and fully capitalise on demand from the low-Earth-orbit satellite industry. Further updates will be provided in due course.

Aside from their shareholdings, the company stated that none of its directors or substantial shareholders has any interest in the proposals.
