REMEGEN (09995) has announced that on October 15, 2025, the company entered into an agreement with the Yantai branch of Pudong Development Bank for the purchase of financial products. According to the agreement, the company will (1) use 400 million yuan of idle self-owned funds to purchase financial products from Pudong Development Bank's Yantai branch, and (2) utilize 100 million yuan of idle raised funds for the same purpose.
