Sinofert Holdings Limited reported no changes to its overall authorised share capital for February 2026, remaining at HKD 8.32 billion. Within this total, ordinary shares account for HKD 8.00 billion, comprising 80,000,000,000 shares at HKD 0.1 par value. In addition, 316 convertible redeemable non-voting preference shares, each with a par value of HKD 1,000,000, account for HKD 316 million.
